Pilates on the Lawn Workshop

Service Description
Join me on the lawn at the wonderful Corse Lawn House Hotel for a 90 minute Pilates Workshop where we will focus on layers and levels and I'll bring bring the small pilates balls for a focus on those. You can choose to stay and purchase refreshments after in the courtyard where we can have a catch up! Please bring your mats. Class payments will be taken on the day, due to the Great British Weather we can never fully commit!

To cancel or reschedule please do so with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will need to be paid in full.
